Returns and Refunds
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund without providing a reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. This 14 days no-reason refund policy is strict and applies to all purchases.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide photographs and a description of the damage or defect to [email protected].
